Refund & Cancellation Policy

A seat may be reserved only after the applicable registration or course fee has been received and the registration has been accepted by Skinfinity Academy.

Course seats may be limited, particularly for practical training and workshops.

If a student wishes to cancel their registration, they must submit a cancellation request to the Academy through the official communication channel provided during registration.

Any applicable transaction, payment gateway, administrative, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted and where such charges were disclosed before payment.

If a student believes that they have made a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment, they should contact the Academy promptly with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, eligible amounts may be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
